Delicious and healthy Spaghetti Marinara!! Our first meal after 14 days of juices and smoothies only! We finished our 14 days of juices and smoothies 3 days ago and we are feeling happy and healthy! We wanted to continue this ‘detox’ with 14 more days of really healthy food. For us this means: juice or smoothie for breakfast, salad or healthy soup for lunch and a gluten free and highly vegetable content (raw) dinner. Our first meal was asuper delicious and really nutritious ‘Spaghetti Marinara’ The pasta is made of spiralised courgette and the sauce is made of fresh and sundried tomatoes + lots of spices to make it supper yummie! It was de-li-cious!! super nutritious, easy and fast to make.
